Responsibilities of Customer Service (Chat and Voice Process) -
- Respond to emails and chat inquiries promptly.
- Clearly articulate the features, products, and services of the company.
- Follow company guidelines when executing billing adjustments.
- Assist customers in modifying services or features on their accounts.
- Address any service disruptions immediately.
- Initiate trouble tickets as necessary based on service issues.
- Conduct technical analysis, isolation, and diagnosis of problems.
- Provide customers with updates on existing trouble tickets.
- Follow established protocols to escalate customer grievances.
- Process card payments, fund transfers, and check payments for customer accounts.
- Respond to general customer inquiries. inquiries effectively.
- Redirect calls unrelated to the services provided.
- Assist in the implementation and support of SAP financials
- Conduct a thorough analysis of complex business process requirements and suggest appropriate system solutions
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
- Design, customize, configure, and test
- Identify any gaps, and issues, and provide workaround solutions
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
- Provide on-demand training and user support as required
- Offer consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay: For customer service (chat and voice) positions, the salary offered is approximately Rs 21,600. In contrast, for the role of functional consultant, the monthly salary amounts to around Rs 28,300. More detailed information regarding salary specifics can be found in the notification.
